CHAPTER 2 U.K. Amendments of secondary legislation

53.—(1) Regulation 4 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) omit “Pursuant to Article 3(2) of the EU Tachographs Regulation,”;

(b) for “that Regulation” substitute “ the EU Tachographs Regulation ”.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) omit “Pursuant to Article 3(3) of the EU Tachographs Regulation,”;

(b) for “that Regulation” substitute “ the EU Tachographs Regulation ”.
