Part 1 U.K. Amendments and modifications of EU tertiary legislation

4.—(1)  [F2 The] relevant Commission Decisions, [F2 have effect, in relation to England and Wales, and Scotland, as if Article 3 were omitted].

(2) The “relevant Commission Decisions” are—

(a) Commission Decision 2005/403/EC of 25 May 2005 establishing the classes of external fire performance of roofs and roof coverings for certain construction products as provided for by Council Directive 89/106/EEC;

(b) Commission Decision 2005/610/EC of 9 August 2005 establishing the classes of reaction-to-fire performance for certain construction products.
