75.—(1) The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Order 2001 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (interpretation), omit the definitions of—
(a)“the 2005 Agreement”;
(b)“the Regulation”;
(c)“the Regulation State”.
(3) Omit article 3 (the Regulation).
(4) Omit article 3A (the 2005 Agreement).
(5) Omit Schedule 1 (the Regulation).
