3.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Transparency of Securities Financing Transactions and of Reuse) Regulations 2016 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (2), omit “or 16”.
(3) In regulation 28, omit paragraph (3).
