Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008

28.  In point 5.1 for paragraph 2 substitute—

“2.   Hold baggage may be exempted from screening if—

(a) it arrives from a domestic airport; or

(b) it arrives from any other airport designated by the appropriate authority.”.
