25.  In Schedule 2 (rights in performances: permitted acts)(1)—

(a) in paragraph 3B(1) omit “or another member State of the European Union”;

(b) in paragraph 3B(8) omit “or in another member State of the European Union”;

(c) in paragraph 3D(4)(b), for “another” substitute “a”.
