CHAPTER 1 U.K. Amendment of Commission Regulation on initial airworthiness

Amendment of Subpart G of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 U.K.

215.—(1) Section B, Subpart G (production organisation approval) is amended as follows.

(2) In points 21.B.220 and 21.B.225, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point 21.B.230—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “EASA” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “EASA Form 55” substitute “CAA Form 55”.

(4) In points 21.B.235, 21.B.240, 21.B.245 and 21.B.260, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
