Amendment of Section A of Annex 4 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 U.K.

281.—(1) Section A (technical requirements) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart A (general), in point 147.A.15(a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Subpart B (organisational requirements)—

(a) in points 147.A.100, 147.A.105, and 147.A.130 to 147.A.140, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point 147.A.145(a)(v)(2), for the words from “either” to “competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;

(c) from point 147.A.150 to 147.A.155, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(d) in point 147.A.160—

(i) in point (a)(2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) in point (c)—

(aa) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(bb) for “this authority” substitute “the CAA”.
