Citation and commencement U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Securitisation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations come into force on exit day.

(3) Part 3 of these Regulations comes into force immediately after Part 10 of the Credit Rating Agencies (Amendment, etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 .
