6. In regulation 17(3) of the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2006 M1 in the inserted paragraph (4C) for “paragraph (2) of regulation 13 (implementation of emergency plans) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ paragraph (3) of regulation 17 (implementation of emergency plans) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ”.
