SCHEDULE 2 U.K. AMENDMENTS TO RETAINED DIRECT EU LEGISLATION

131.—(1) Article 90 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit paragraph 1.

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) omit “Member States'”;

(b) for “has” substitute “ had ”;

(c) for “authorities” substitute “ authority ”;

(d) for “1451/2007” in both places it occurs substitute “ 1062/2014 ”;

(e) omit the final subparagraph.
