11.—(1) The Controlled Drugs (Drug Precursors) (Intra-Community Trade) Regulations 2008 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (competent authorities)—
(a)in paragraph (2) for “, 9(3) and 13” substitute “ and 9(3) ”;
(b)in paragraph (4) for “, 9(1) and 10” substitute “ and 9(1) ”.
