90.—(1) The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (Scotland) Order 2009 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) For article 2 substitute—

“2.  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, [F1Italy,] Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden are designated as participating countries under section 51(2)(b) of the 2003 Act F2....”.

(3) Omit article 3.
