41.  In Article 7—

(a) in paragraph 3—

(i) for “Commission”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ Secretary of State ”;

[F1 (ii) for “the Community” substitute “ Great Britain ”;]

(iii) at the end of the second subparagraph insert—

“Notifications made before [F2 IP completion day] to the Commission of the European Union under this paragraph, as it had effect immediately before [F2 IP completion day], are deemed to have been made to the Secretary of State.”;

[F3 (iv) for “Member States” substitute “ relevant authorities for Wales and Scotland ”;]
