1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Health, Seed Potatoes and Food (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) These Regulations come into force on the later of exit day or the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland only.
