Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 2 (continuing airworthiness)

22.  In regulation 254 (amendment of Subpart I of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014)—

(a) in paragraph (2)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (b), for “(j)” substitute “(i)”;

(ii) omit sub-paragraph (c);

(b) in paragraph (5)—

(i) in sub-paragraphs (b)(ii) and (c), for ““Member State of registry”” substitute ““competent authority of the Member State of registry””;

(ii) omit sub-paragraph (d).
