Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 4 (aircrew)

34.  In regulation 310 (amendment of Subpart A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011)—

(a) in paragraph (4)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a)(ii), for “this” substitute “that”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (c), omit “which initially issued”;

(b) omit paragraph (8)(b).
