Amendment of Annex 1 to Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

73.—(1) Annex 1 (Part-M) is amended as follows.

(2) In the list of contents, in Section B, omit the entry for point M.B.202.

(3) In Section A, Subpart B (accountability), in point M.A.202—

(a) for point (a)(1) substitute—

“(1) the CAA;”;

(b) in point (b), for “competent authority referred to in point (a)” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (e), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In Section A, Subpart C (continuing airworthiness), in point M.A.306—
