7. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 (interpretation of Schedule 1) to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017(1), in the definition of “the EMIR Regulation”, after “trade repositories” insert “as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2099 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019”.
