Offices and bodies in respect of which there are disqualifying offices	The disqualifying offices

(b) 1998 c. 31. There have been amendments to paragraph 10(2) of Schedule 26 to this Act by section 53 of, and paragraphs 8 and 16(1) and (2) of Part 2 of Schedule 7 to, the Education Act 2005.
