19. Article 39 is to be read as if—
(a)in paragraph 2, the third subparagraph were omitted;
(b)in paragraph 3, for “Articles 2(j) and 15 of Directive 2009/28/EC” there were substituted “the Electricity (Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations 2003(1) or the Electricity (Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2)”.
