3. In rule 2.3(1) (interpretation) for the definition of “justices’ clerk” substitute—
““justices’ legal adviser” means a person authorised to exercise functions under section 67B of the Courts Act 2003 who has such qualifications as are prescribed by the Authorised Court Staff (Legal Advice Functions) Qualifications Regulations 2020(1);”.
