PART 1 Introductory

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Medicines and Residues (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force—

(a) as regards this regulation and Part 2, immediately before IP completion day;

(b) otherwise, on IP completion day.

(3) Part 3 extends to Great Britain.
