2.  In these Regulations—

“the International Travel Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020 M1 ;

“the Passenger Information Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Passengers Travelling to England) Regulations 2020 M2 .
