SCHEDULE 2 Modifications to be made in the extension of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1

63.  In regulation 92 (ship licences)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “Secretary of State” substitute “Governor”;

(b) after paragraph (1), insert—

“(1A) The Governor may issue a licence under paragraph (1) only with the consent of the Secretary of State.”
