42.—(1) Article 40 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, omit “except when conducted under a declaration”.

(3) In paragraphs 1(d) and 3, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In paragraph 5, in point (b)(i), for “Member State” substitute “CAA”.
