43.—(1) The Taxation Cross-border Trade (Special Procedures Supplementary and General Provision etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in the definition of “the temporary admission document”, for “version 2.4, published on 10th December 2020” substitute “version 3.0, published on 17th December 2020”(2).
