SCHEDULE 19 Variation of the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Authority Combination Scheme

2.  In paragraph 6 of that Scheme—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “paragraph 7” substitute “paragraphs 7 and 7A”;

(b) for sub-paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) The members of the Authority are to be appointed in accordance with this Part.”.
