Amendment of regulation 3

13.  In regulation 3(1) (interpretation)—

(a) in the definition of “core hours”, after “means” insert “, subject to regulation 3A(1),”; and

(b) in the definition of “out of hours period”, after “means” insert “subject to regulation 3A(2)”.
