2.—(1) The table in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (relevant public authorities and designated senior officers etc.)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the entries for a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004(2) and the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service Board.
(3) In the entry for the Department for Work and Pensions, in column 3, for “Fraud and Error Services” substitute “the Counter Fraud, Compliance and Debt Directorate”.
The table in Part 1 of Schedule 4 was substituted by S.I. 2018/1123.
