Article 1 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123 U.K.

17.—(1) Article 1 (subject matter and scope) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph 1.

(3) In paragraph 3—

(a) for “Member States, the Network Manager, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (the Agency),” substitute “ the CAA ”,

(b) after “airport operators,” insert “ and ”, and

(c) omit “, at local, national or functional airspace block level”.

(4) In paragraph 4 for the words from “within the ICAO EUR region” to the end of the paragraph substitute “ under the responsibility of the United Kingdom ”.
