SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Modifications to be made in the extension of the Global Human Rights Sanctions Regulations 2020 to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1

29.  For regulation 35 (procedure for offences by unincorporated bodies) substitute— U.K.

“35.   Any provision in an enactment which applies in the Territory in relation to criminal proceedings brought against a body corporate, applies also for the purposes of proceedings in the Territory for an offence under these Regulations brought against an unincorporated body.”
