88. In the event that the undertaker decides to abandon the whole or any part of the existing gas pipeline through the HOR, the undertaker must purge the relevant part of the existing gas pipeline and otherwise render it permanently safe and harmless, and must provide reasonable details of the works undertaken to P66.E+W
