ARTICLE 2 U.K.

1.  The laws in force of the Host State shall apply at all times in the Control Zone. Without prejudice to the application of the provisions of article 18, Officers of the Host State have the right to circulate and intervene at any moment within the Control Zone in order to perform their competences attributed by national law. U.K.
