SCHEDULE U.K. Modifications to be made in the extension of the Republic of Belarus (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 to the Isle of Man

44.  In regulation 52 (time limit for proceedings for summary offences)— U.K.

(a) in paragraphs (1) and (3), for “prosecutor” and “prosecutor’s”, in each place that they occur, substitute “Attorney General” and “Attorney General’s”;

(b) omit paragraph (4);

(c) at the end, insert—

“(5) In this regulation, “Attorney General” has the meaning given in the Interpretation Act 2015 (of Tynwald).”
