Amendment of regulation 41

9.  In regulation 41(8)(1) (amount of the disabled students’ allowance)—

(a) omit “Subject to regulation 40(4),”;

(b) omit “(c),”;

(c) for “or (l)” substitute “, (l) or (m)”.
