SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Modifications to be made in the extension of the Libya (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1

23.  In regulation 45 (aircraft: exceptions)— U.K.

(a) in paragraph (1), for “United Kingdom” substitute “Territory”;

(b) in paragraphs (2) and (4), for “UK airspace” substitute “Territory airspace”.
