SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Modifications to be made in the extension of the Libya (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1

66.  In regulation 89 (transitional provisions: prior obligations etc.)— U.K.

(a) in paragraphs (1) and (2), for “IP completion day” substitute “the relevant date” at each place it occurs;

(b) in paragraph (3)(c), for “(Treasury licences: purposes)” substitute “(financial sanctions licences: purposes)”;

(c) in paragraph (4), at the appropriate place insert—

““the relevant date” means the date on which Part 3 comes into force.”
