Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are laid before Parliament.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and Scotland.
