Amendment of Schedule 6 (passenger information)

28.—(1) Schedule 6 is amended as follows.

(2) After the sub-heading (“Passenger information”) insert—

“PART 1

Information to be provided by all passengers”.

(3) In paragraph 1—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (b);

(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) their nationality;

(cb) their travel document type;”.

(4) Omit paragraph 3.

(5) Before paragraph 3A insert—

“PART 2

Information to be provided by eligible travellers only”.

(6) After paragraph 3A insert—

“PART 3

Information to be provided by passengers other than eligible travellers only”.

(7) Omit paragraph 4.

(8) In paragraph 5, omit “regulation 3J (testing requirements on eligible travellers (non-workers)) requires a day 2 test or”.
