45.—(1) In section 31(1), in the words before paragraph (a), for “an operator’s” substitute “a heavy goods vehicle”.
(2) In section 31(2), after “parking of” insert “heavy goods”.
(3) In section 31(3), in the words after paragraph (b)—
(a)after “centre for” insert “heavy goods”; and
(b)for “operator’s” substitute “heavy goods vehicle”.
