The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules under section 69 of the Courts Act 2003(1), section 52(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981(2) and section 141(2) of the Sentencing Act 2020(3), after consulting in accordance with section 72(1)(a) of the 2003 Act.
