PART 2 Provisions relating to the establishment of integrated care boards and the abolition of clinical commissioning groups

Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012

55.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4 for paragraph (1)(g) substitute—

“(g) each integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the National Health Service Act 2006;”.
