PART 2 Provisions relating to the National Health Service Commissioning Board being renamed NHS England

Amendment of the General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008

29.—(1) The General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—

(a) omit the definition of “the Board”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the Act;”.

(3) In Schedule 1, in the title of paragraph 14 for “Board” substitute “NHS England”.
