Amendment of the Income Support (Liable Relatives) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990

33.  In regulation 2(1)(e) of the Income Support (Liable Relatives) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990 (prescribed amounts for the purposes of Article 25A of the Order)(1), after “carer’s allowance” insert “or carer support payment under the Carer’s Assistance (Carer Support Payment) (Scotland) Regulations 2023(2)”.
