4.  In regulation 5(5) (docks and harbours undertakings) of the Non-Domestic Rating (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Regulations 1989(1), in the definition of “subsidiary”, for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006(2)”.
