Amendment of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2450
14.—(1) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2450 authorising the placing on the market of products containing, consisting of, or produced from genetically modified soybean DAS-44406-6, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on genetically modified food and feed(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 7 (authorisation holder)—
(a)in the heading, for “holder” substitute “holders”;
(b)for the text substitute—
“The authorisation holders are Corteva Agriscience LLC, United States of America and M.S. Technologies LLC, United States of America, both represented in Great Britain by Corteva Agriscience UK Limited.”.
(3) In Article 9 (addressee)—
(a)in the heading, for “Addressee” substitute “Addressees”;
(b)for the text substitute—
“This Decision is addressed to Corteva Agriscience LLC, 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46268-1054, United States of America and to M.S.
