8.  In regulation 4—

(a) at the end of paragraph (4)(c), omit “or”;

(b) after paragraph (4)(c) insert “(cc) by sending it to the email address; or”;

(c) in paragraph (4)(d), after “that office”, insert “, or by sending it to the email address”.
