45.  In regulation 2 of the Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration Regulations 2007 (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “the competent authority”, for “the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy” substitute “the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero”.
