1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Alternative Fuel Payment Application Scheme Pass-through Requirement Regulations 2023 and come into force on 18th April 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
